Introducing "Reading With Mimi and Landon"!

At Pages With Friends, I've always believed that stories bring us together.

One of the sweetest parts of my reading life happens away from review notes, Goodreads updates, and blog posts.

It happens when I sit down with my grandson, Landon—better known around here as "Peanut"—and we open a book together.

Reading With Mimi and Landon is a new feature dedicated to those special moments.

We'll share the books we're enjoying, funny conversations that happen along the way, memorable reactions, and the wonderful imagination that only children can bring to a story.

Sometimes we'll read picture books.

Sometimes we'll explore fascinating topics.

And sometimes our discussions will wander far beyond the pages we started with!

More than anything, this feature celebrates the joy of reading together and the memories created when generations share stories.

Because books do more than entertain us.

They help us laugh, learn, ask questions, dream, and connect with one another.
